In terms of the Regulations 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the MPF Systems Limited (Company) at its Meeting held on Tuesday February 7 2023 at 11:00 a.m. inter-alia considered & approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended December 31st 2022 <BR> The said Unaudited Standalone Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the said period are enclosed herewith in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.<BR> The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 4:00 p.m.<BR> <BR>
