JAGAN LAMPS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 14th February 2023 to consider approve and take on record inter alia un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine month ended 31st December 2022 and any other matter with the permission of the chair if any.Further to our letter dated 31.12.2022 and in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys code of conduct of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys Securities was closed from 01.01.2023 and shall remained closed till 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board meeting scheduled to be held on 14th February 2023.
