Kindly note that the Board of Directors of the Company has in its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday 09th February 2023 (said meeting) considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31st December 2022.Further pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations please find enclosed herewith: - (i) the Unaudited Financial Results; and (ii) Limited Review Report dated 09th February 2023 issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company w.r.t. the Unaudited Financial Results and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company.
