This is to inform you that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. February 9 2023 has allotted 225000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each of the Company to 8 (eight) eligible employees upon exercise of options vested under Employees Stock Option Scheme 2018. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 1204736378 equity shares of Re. 1 each to 1204961378 equity shares of Re. 1 each. In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations 2021 (SEBI Regulations) the details of shares allotted as above are given in the Annexure to this intimation.
