Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 10.02.2023 at the registered office of the Company have considered and approved the Unaudited financial results (provisional) along with limited review report obtained from the statutory auditors for the quarter ended 31st December 2022.
