With reference to the captioned subject we hereby confirm and certify under Regulation 57(1) of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that the Company has made timely payment of interest and principal amount in respect of the 250 (Two Hundred Fifty) Secured Rated Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible debentures in aggregate each having a face value of INR 1000000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) aggregating to INR 250000000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Crores) (NCD) issued on private placement basis through Addendum dated 3rd December 2020 to the shelf disclosure document dated 30th July 2020.
