We refer to our letter dated 2nd February 2023 on the captioned subject.Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 In this subject we wish to inform you that the Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday 11th February 2023 have inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee along with the Limited Review Reports issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company. The said financial results duly signed by the Director of the company along with the statutory auditors report are enclosed for your perusal and records.Also informed that the audited financial results in prescribed format will be published in Free Press Journal and Navshakti newspaper as required and also available on the website of the Company at www.triochemproducts.com
