Dear Sir/ Madam This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on Monday February 13 2023 has inter-alia considered and approved the following transactions:a) Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022.b) To fix the Remuneration of Mr. Anil Kumar Kukreja Chief Financial Officer of the Company.The Board Meeting Commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 4:30 p.m.In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith a copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results along with a copy of Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022.
