Further to our notice of even number dated 6.2.2023 intimating about the meeting of the Board of directors to consider and approve the Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2022 please find enclosed a copy of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 31st December 2022 which were approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of MMTC Limited in its meeting held today i.e. 13th February 2023.Pursuant to Clause 3 of the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a copy of the Limited Review Report dated 13.02.2023 on the Unaudited Financial Results for the said quarter from M/s. M.L. Puri & Co. Statutory Auditors is also forwarded herewith. The results will also be disseminated on the companys website at www.mmtclimited.com.The meeting commenced at 1530 hrs and concluded at 1745 hrs.
