Dear Sir/ MaamWe have already submitted you a letter dated 13th February 2023 related to intimation of Outcome of the Board Meeting held on 13.02.2023 regarding following matters:1. To Approve Unaudited financial statement for the quarter ended on 31st December 2022.2. To consider Forfeiture of shares for non- payment of call/Allotment Money.The Board noted that the holders of 247600 partly paid up shares have failed to pay the balance money/allotment money. Therefore the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 13.02.2023 took the decision to forfeit the partly paid up shares on which allotment money has not been received by the company along with the amount already paid up on such partly paid up shares.This is for your information and record.
