In continuation to our letters dated 22nd December 2022 and 2nd February 2023 and pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations this is to inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s. Sai Capital Limited (the Company) was held as scheduled today i.e. 14th February 2023 inter-alia considered and approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2022.The aforesaid Financial Results together with the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors M/s. Mehrotra and Co. are enclosed herewith
