In terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended we are enclosing the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022 as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 14th February 2023.A copy of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company in respect of the said Results is also enclosed.
