Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on February 13 2023 has re-appointed Mr. Raghunandan Khandelwal (DIN: 00401113) as the Managing Director of the Company for the period of three years with effect from February 13 2023 to February 12 2026.
