The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are given in Annexure A.We further confirm that there is no material reason for his resignation other than stated in the annexure given below with his resignation.Confirmation pursuant to Clause 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 received from the Independent Directors is enclosed.
