In terms of the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2019/140 dated 21st November 2019 this is to inform you that the Company has been unable to service its obligations towards payment of amount of principal and interest due on unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures issued by the Company to CDC Emerging Markets Limited. Further details as required in terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2019/140 dated 21st November 2019 for disclosure of defaults is provided under Annexure I attached herewith.
