Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 on receipt of a request letter dated February 16 2023 from Manekchand Panachand Trading Investment Co Pvt Ltd. the Board of Directors passed a circular resolution (CR No. 05/2022-2023) dated February 16 2023 approving the reclassification of Manekchand Panachand Trading Investment Co Pvt Ltd as Promoter of the Company under the purview of Section 2 subclause 69 (b) of the Companies Act 2013 and Clause (oo) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 2 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018. Manekchand Panachand Trading Investment Co Pvt Ltd was categorised erstwhile as aPromoter Group entity. Considering the above the Company will now have two promoters i.e. Mr. Asit D. Javeri & M/s.
