Unisphere Industries Private Limited (Unlisted Step Down Subsidiary of the Company) consequent to the resignation of Mrs. Kamlesh Gupta (DIN: 07243898) as Non-Executive Director of the Step Down Subsidiary of the Company M/s. Unisphere Industries Private Limited due to pre-occupation and other personal reasons with effect from February 21 2023.It is further stated that being a Non-Executive Director the resignation of Mrs. Kamlesh Gupta will have no impact on the day to day functioning of the Step Down Subsidiary Company.Please take the above information on record.
