Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and upon recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today on February 22 2023 has approved the appointment of Mr. Sajal Kumar Ghosh (DIN: 10045814) as an Additional Director (Executive ) of the Company with effect from 22nd February 2023 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting/Postal ballot of the Company.The relevant details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure-1 to this letter.The Board Meeting was commenced at 02.00 P.M. and concluded at 2.30 P.M.
