Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) this is to inform you that Mr. Bhushan Saluja (DIN: 00312854) and Mr. Vipin Moharir (DIN: 02245355) have resigned from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director and Non- Executive Director of the Company respectively w.e.f. 21st February 2023. The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are provided in Annexure A enclosed herewith.
