With reference to the above we wish to inform you that both the Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) have approved the reclassification of Outgoing Promoters 1 from Promoter/ Promoter Group to Public shareholding Category on February 22 2023. Copy of approval letter received from BSE and NSE is enclosed for your reference. Consequent to the said reclassification promoter shareholding in the Company as at date shall be 27.97% (as against 31.04% prior to the said reclassification).Request you to kindly take the same on record and oblige.
