Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated 3rd November 2021 and further clarification vide its Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/687 dated 14th December 2021 the Company had duly sent the intimation and reminder (enclosed) to the physical shareholders requesting them to update their PAN KYC and Nomination details as stipulated in the said Circulars. The requisite standardized Forms for the aforesaid purposes are available on the website of the Company i.e. www.sumedhafiscal.com under the Investor section and the subject intimation is available on the website of the Company under the URL http://www.sumedhafiscal.com/reg30_22-Feb-23.pdf.Yesterday the Company had attempted to submit of the subject intimation online within the stipulated time period the same was unsuccessful due to technical glitches at the BSE portal.
