Ltd. for loss of shares/ issue of duplicate shares from the shareholders as given in the annexure in detail.Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25 2022 a letter of Confirmation will be issued to the securities holder/ claimants upon completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates.This is for information and records.
