Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Company/RTA had on 22nd/24th February 2023 received request/s from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of their Share Certificate/s. In response to their request/s Company/RTA had informed them the necessary procedure. As required under SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMP/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January 2022 the RTA shall issue Letter of Confirmation to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities.
