With reference to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR) Videocon Industries Limited would like to inform your good office that Mr. Satish Motilal Totala has tendered his resignation vide letter dated February 23 2023 as the Whole-Time Director in the Company and Occupier of the factory of the Company situated at 14 K M Stone Aurangabad-Paithan Road Village Chittegaon Taluka Paithan District Aurangabad - 431 105 with immediate effect.The said resignation was received by the Resolution Professional on February 25 2023 and shall be placed before the Committee of Creditors.
