Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Mr. Sudhir Gupta has tendered his resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company due to personal reasons. Further the resignation of Mr. Sudhir Gupta will be effective from May 3 2023 and that he will continue his current position as Chief Financial Officer till May 2 2023 subject to approval of Board of the Company.This is for your information and records.
