Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations2015 this is to inform you that Company has received an Intimation on 1st March 2023 from Kfin Technologies Limited( formerly known as Kfin Technologies Private Limited) the Companys Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) regarding loss of share certificates and issue letter of confirmations and in that respect relevant details are enclosed herewith.
