Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclosed herewith the copies of the newspaper advertisements published in todays Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) newspapers in relation to Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday 23rd March 2023 and e-voting information for the EGM of the Company under section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management & Administration) Rules 2014 as amended and Regulations 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
