Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the said regulation) this is to inform that Food Division located at Borjhara Raipur (Chhattisgarh) will be remain shut from 5th March 2023 to 28th March 2023 for Annual Maintenance and for technical updation and modification.We wish to inform you that the operations of the plant were resumed by end of the month and will be fully operational from 2nd April 2023 onwards.This is for your information and record.
