In furtherance to our communication dated 2nd February 2023 in connection with the Postal Ballot conducted by the Company for seeking approval of the Shareholders formatters set out in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 2nd February 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit the following:1. Voting Results as required pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 marked as Annexure-I; and2. Scrutinizers Report on e-Voting Results on resolutions passed through Postal Ballot marked as Annexure-IIThe said resolutions as set out in Postal Ballot Notice are passed with the requisite majority and is deemed to be passed on the last date of the e-voting i.e. 4th March 2023.
