This is to inform you that the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday27th March 2023 at 11.30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) /Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM)) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.The details such as manner of (i) registering / updating email addresses (ii) casting vote through remote e-voting and (iii) attending the AGM through VC / OAVM has been set out in the Notice of the AGM.The Company has fixed Monday March 20 2023 as the Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote through remote e-voting on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM or to attend the AGM and cast their vote thereat.
