Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 We wish to inform you that M/S Polson Tie-up Private Limited have invested Rs. 62662500/- (Rupees Six Crore Twenty Six Lakhs Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Only) in Subsidiary Company M/S Natural Biogenex Private Limited at a pre money valuation of Rs. 243.75 Cr.The Board of M/S Natural Biogenex Private Limited (Subsidiary) on their meeting held today i.e. 07.03.2023 have considered and approved Allotment of 557000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 112.50 per shares to M/S Polson Tie-up Private Limited.
