In continuation to our intimation dated May 20 2022 we wish to inform that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal New Delhi Bench (NCLT) (vide its order dated 01.03.2023 received today i.e. on 09.03.2023) has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation of Lumax Mettalics Private Limited (Wholly owned subsidiary) with Lumax Auto Technologies Limited under section 230 - 232 of the Companies Act 2013. The Certified Copy of the NCLT order is enclosed herewith
