With reference to our letter dated February 2 2023 providing intimation about the Postal Ballot process initiated by the Company for seeking approval of the Members by way of ordinary resolution to be passed through remote e-voting in respect of the following item set out in Postal Ballot Notice dated January 24 2023:1. To appoint Mr. Kamal Pal Hoda (DIN: 09808793) as a Director of the Company - Ordinary resolutionThe E-voting period for Postal Ballot commenced on 7th February 2023 at 9.00 AM. and ended on 8th March 2023 at 5.00 PM.The Board of Directors of the Company had appointed Mr. A. Mohan Kumar (FCS 4347) Proprietor Mohan Kumar & Associates Practicing Company Secretaries Chennai as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot and to submit the Report.We are pleased to inform that the Shareholders have approved the aforesaid proposal with requisite majority. The approval is deemed to have been received on the last date of e-voting i.e. on Wednesday March 8 2022.
