Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby wish to inform that :1) Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) holding company of IL&FS Investment Managers Limited (IIML) had initiated a bid process for sale of IL&FSs holding in IIML in September 20192) As per the recent communication received from IL&FS the bid process for sale of IL&FSs holding in IIML has concluded and we have been informed by IL&FS that there is no bidder / potential buyer for their holding in IIML
