With reference to the clarification sought vide above mentioned reference in which upon noting a movement in the price of securities of Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Limited on the exchange we were directed to provide with any information/ announcement (including impending announcement) which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price movement/ behavior of the scrip (pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015). In this regard we hereby confirm that we are in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and other than what we have already disclosed there are no further material events which need to be disclosed pursuant to the aforesaid regulation.
