Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday March 16 2023 inter-alia to consider and declare Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 if any. The Record Date for the payment of interim dividend if declared by the Board shall be Friday March 24 2023. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company for all Designated Persons shall remain closed from March 11 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of the outcome of the Board Meeting.Accordingly all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
