Goverthanan (DIN: 10064794) as Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of NHPC Limited for a period of three years w.e.f. date of notification of his appointment or until further orders.Accordingly the Board of Directors has appointed Shri P. Goverthanan (DIN: 10064794) as an Additional and Independent Director of NHPC Limited w.e.f. 10.03.2023. The brief profile of Shri P. Goverthanan is enclosed herewith.Further in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR and in continuation to our earlier letter number NH/CS/199 dated 14.12.2022 it is to inform that extension of additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director NHPC to Shri Rajeev Kumar Vishnoi CMD THDCIL is under process in Govt. of India.
