1) Ratification regarding Name change of the Company to ZINEMA MEDIA ANDENTERTAINMENT LIMITED passed as a Special Resolution Pursuant to Regulation 45 of LODR and any other regulations as may be applicable and in consideration of the Auditors Certificate under Regulation 45 (3) of LODR subject to the approval of the Central Government and the Bombay Stock Exchange consent has been accorded to change the name of the Company TRIVIKRAMA INDUSTRIES LIMITED toZINEMA MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED and all actions taken by the Company in this regard has been ratified.
