In terms of provision of Regulation 39 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company is required to submit information regarding loss of share certificates & issue of duplicate certificates to the stock exchange within two days of getting information. Accordingly notice is hereby given that on 15.03.2023 Companys RTAs M/s. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. have informed that they are in receipt of intimation/requests from the below mentioned shareholders with regard to loss of share certificates of our company i.e Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd.
