Pursuant to the Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended please find attached herewith letters dated 15th March 2023 and 16th March 2023 received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the company (viz. MAS Services Limited) regarding loss of share certificates of the company. In terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO / MIRSD / MIRSD_RTAMB / P / CIR /2022/8 dated 25th January 2022 the company shall issue Letter of Confirmation to the concerned shareholder after compliance of requisite formalities.
