Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) and all other applicable regulations if any of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that our Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e. MCS SHARE TRANSFER AGENT LIMITED has received information from shareholder regarding loss of share certificate.As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO / MIRSD / MIRSD_RTAMB / P / CIR /2022/8 dated January 25 2022 the Company shall issue Letter of Confirmation to the shareholder after compliance of required formalities.
