The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 16th March 2023 has inter-alia approved the payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23 @ Rs.1/- per equity share (10% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company).The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend is 24th March 2023.
