Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended we would like to inform that Morepen Laboratories Limited (the Company) has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in the name of MOREPEN RX LIMITED (CIN: U21001HP2023PLC009940) on 17th March 2023. The details as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 are given in Annexure A
