TRIOCHEM PRODUCTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/03/2023 inter alia to consider and approve NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Independent Directors of the Company in terms of the provision of Section 149 of the Companies Act 2013 (Act) read with Schedule IV of the Act and Regulation 25 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is schedule to be held on Wednesday the 29th March 2023 at Mumbai to inter-alia consider the following:1.) Review the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board of Directors as a whole.2.) Review the performance of the Chairperson of the Company.3.)
