Dear SirPursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations we wish to inform you that Mr. Nitin Jain (DIN: 00861328) who was appointed as Chairman-Non Executive Director of the Company has conveyed to the Board that due to personal reasons he would be unable to continue as Chairman-Non Executive Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect i.e. from March 20 2023. Hence Mr Nitin Jain shall cease to be a Chairman-Non Executive Director of the Company i.e. from March 20 2023 .
