Gala Global Products Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/03/2023 inter alia to consider and approve The Meeting of Independent Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on March 24 2023 to consider following matters as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 and as per Schedule IV of Companies Act 2013.(i) To review the performance of non-independent directors and the board of directors as a whole;(ii) To review the performance of the chairperson of the listed entity taking into account the views of executive directors and non-executive directors;(iii) To assess the quality quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the management of the listed entity and the board of directors that is necessary for the board of directors to effectively and reasonably perform their duties.(iv) Any other matter.
