Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Company has received an intimation today i.e. March 20 2023 from KFin Technologies Limited (formerly known as KFin Technologies Private Limited) the Companys RTA regarding loss of share certificates and issue of letter of confirmations and in that respect relevant details are enclosed herewith.Accordingly letter of confirmations will be issued in lieu of duplicate share certificates only after the necessary formalities are carried out.
