III of LODR we wish to inform you reg. the outcome of the 5th SCC of Punj Lloyd Ltd. held on 20.03.2023In the Meeting of SCC the Liquidator of the Company appraised the SCC members regarding the developments in the process of Liq. of the Co. on going concern basis and the various matters were discussed and deliberated amongst the SCC members inter alia including matters related to:1. Discussion on the way forward on the Bids along with addendums submitted by the Qualified Bidders pursuant to Asset Sale Process Memorandum dated 13 August 2022 read with various Addendums issued from time to time.2. Discussion and approval on the amended Asset Sale Process Memorandum for sale of the Corporate Debtor on a going concern basis pre-bid qualifications reserve price marketing strategy and auction process.3. Discussion and approval for the 5th extension of going concern liquidation of the Corporate Debtor
