Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations it is hereby informed that The Company vide a Resolution passed on 21st March 2023 has allotted 80125 number of equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company under Bharat Wire Ropes Employee Stock Option Scheme (BWRL ESOP Scheme 2017) to the eligible employees of the Company.
