We would like to inform that the Tenth Meeting of the CoC of the Corporate Debtor was held on March 20 2023 wherein the CoC at its said meeting inter-alia mainly considered the following matter:1. Discussion on the Valuation Report received from the Two Registered Valuers;2. Discussion on the Resolution Plan(s) received from the Resolution Applicant(s) and further course of action.
